Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 5 minutes of placing it by contacting us at +44 20 7946 0958. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cancellations after this period, as we start preparing your order immediately to ensure it arrives fresh and hot.

Incorrect or Incomplete Orders

In the rare event that you receive an incorrect or incomplete order, please call us at +44 20 7946 0958 within 2 hours of delivery. We will either send you the correct items or refund you for the missing items, depending on your preference. For incorrect items, we may request that you return them in the same condition they were delivered.

Quality Concerns

We take pride in the quality of our food. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your order, please contact us within 2 hours of receiving your meal. A refund or replacement may be provided at our discretion. Photographic evidence may be requested to help us understand the issue and prevent future occurrences.

Refund Processing

All refund requests will be processed within 7 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Depending on your card issuer’s policies, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that delivery charges and gift cards are non-refundable. Also, any item that has been consumed cannot be refunded, unless a quality concern is validated by our team.
