'HeartyGrain started with a vision to introduce real Neapolitan pizza to London. Established by the Moretti lineage in 1985, this humble family-owned pizza parlor began with deeply-rooted recipes passed on for generations.
Luca Moretti, the pioneer, honed the craft of pizza creation during her sojourns across Italy, learning from esteemed Neapolitan pizza masters. After returning to the UK, she aimed to replicate the authentic Italian pizza experience, adhering to conventional practices and selecting premium ingredients.
From our origins as a quaint 12-seat pizzeria, we've evolved into a community favorite, yet our dedication to excellence and genuine practice remains firm. We maintain the tradition of wood-fired oven baking, prepare our dough from scratch daily, and seek out the finest ingredients available.
Today, 'HeartyGrain's helm is with the second-generation Morettis, continuing to lead our enthusiastic team. Despite modern evolutions, the core ethos of our business prevails: crafting delectable, original pizza that unites folks.
